1. When trading or selling merchandise, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid picture I.D. and fill out a trade in form. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent present.

2. For all transactions in which we buy merchandise for cash or store credit, we make a photocopy of your I.D.

3. Video Games Etc! has the right to refuse multiple titles, or any item for any reason that we deem to be in the best interest of Video Games Etc! or the public.

4. Upon request, Video Games Etc! will make all information available to law enforcement.
