In 1993, a video game store opened for business in Dubuque, Iowa with the idea of having great products, great prices and great customer service.  Over time, Video Games Etc has evolved into a seven-store chain with 6 stores spread across much of Eastern Iowa and 1 store across the river in Moline, Illinois.  Years in a competitive market hasn’t changed our original ideas.

 

We still sell great products although, we’re a little more sophisticated now.

 

We still have great prices, with competitive pricing on all new & used products as well as the best trade-in values in the area.

 

We still have great customer service.  If it can be done, our employees will make sure it gets taken care of.
